Hello everyone,

I have been asked about another Pilates break a lot recently so here is an opportunity! Can you make this? Have a look and let me know what you think.

Suggested new venue: DUNCTON MILL, Petworth West Sussex. (see website: www.dunctonmill.co.uk). Duncton Mill is a beautiful place...with walking on the south downs straight from the Mill, fantastic vegetarian food, and great accommodation. The best way to appreciate this is to check the website out, or phone the people direct they are very friendly. It's only just over an hour from south London and the nearest station is Pulborough, a short taxi ride away. The dates that I am suggesting are these:

Sunday 22nd - Wednesday 25th October 2006 or Monday 23rd - Thursday 26th October 2006. The cost reflects the quality of the place: £375.00.

This includes all food and high quality residential accommodation, you will find more info and pictures of the accommodation on the website which is self-contained including washing and drying machines and kitchen, TV etc like mini homes.

It also includes 2 pilates classes a day and 2 guided meditation classes a day (optional). This leaves plenty of time to explore the area go on walks etc.

We shall have the centre to ourselves completely, which will allow a deepening of the practice

For this to happen I will need you to commit now, ie send a cheque in the post for a deposit of £185.00. Make the cheque out to sopilates and send to 34, EVERING ROAD LONDON N16 7QJ.

I know this sounds pushy but there's an opportunity here that could happen and without you I cannot do this,so if you are keen lets do it. I need a minimum of 10 people

My deadline will be for cheques by 21st July as I am away in august and need to know before I go.
