NEW PILATES LONG WEEKEND BREAK
Thursday 18 May to Sunday 21 May. £220.00.
Due to the success of the last weekend, we have decided to go back to the Scottish Highlands for the sweet smelling air and
stunning walks. Due to demand we have added optional "in-depth" Pilates workshops during the day on Friday and Saturday for
those who would like to work harder or more deeply.
LONDON WORKSHOPS:
Energising Pilates flow
Improvers to intermediate level. Pilates flow to strengthen, lengthen and burn off that Christmas or Easter excess (2.5hrs) which
includes relaxation, question and answers.

Postural integration and core strengthening the Pilates way:
An interactive workshop that looks at posture and how we stand or sit. Simple exercises to help change the tension you acquire
during the day.
We will be working on the core stabilisers that support the back and draw in the abdominals, and we will be looking at how the
pelvic floor supports them.
(4 hrs with lunch inbetween) £40.00

Pilates Long Weekend Break
Recharge and refresh your senses
in the beauty of the Scottish highlands
Thursday 13th October 2005 to Sunday, 16th October 2005
Open to all levels * Group size limited to 12 * Beginners Welcome.

Sophy Griffiths will be running a 3-day intensive Pilates workshop in the atmospheric beauty of the Trossachs National Park,
at Lendrick Lodge in Scotland.
Includes, 3 nights shared accommodation and 3 meals a day. There will be two classes a day, morning and evening leaving plenty
of time to relax in front of the log fire in the Lodge's lounge and library; or explore the three acres of forest and private grounds.
Lendrick lodge, situated where the Highlands meet the Lowlands, is a holistic rural retreat providing delicious vegetarian food
imaginatively cooked from local, organic and fair trade produce. The workshop is suitable for men and women, beginners or experienced,
it's an opportunity to deepen your practice or learn a new discipline. Non-participating partners are also welcome, there's lots to do
and see in the area - a visit to Callender town, bicycle rides or fishing at nearby Loch Venachar, walking through historic Rob Roy
country.
The Lodge is 1.5hours drive from Edinburgh and 1.25 hours drive from Glasgow - full travel directions by car, air or public
transport are available.
